Colour and finish options

We have our own varnishing plant in order to offer an infinity of colours and finishes, depending on your preferences. Request our list of plain colours and wood imitation.

Measures for savings

Did you know that we work with you to optimise the size or number of panels in a system in order to reduce costs? The sizes that appear in the quote are simply a starting point, they are estimated measurements. Using this quote, we will take the exact measurements for manufacturing, and if the final idea is too distant from the initial quote, we will reconfigure the assessment based on the project in order to offer you the definitive price.

GET MOVING

You have your quote, now what?

To confirm your quote, you simply have to send the revised and signed document to us by post. Once we have received the confirmation document and the initial payment, your order will start to take shape in our factory.

How will I know that Kauma has received my order?

When we receive your order, we will send you confirmation of the same by email, with estimated dates for production and delivery. From that time, there will be a legally binding contract between Kauma and you. We will serve your order as quickly as possible and you will receive the product within the terms established.

Payment

We offer amicable payment conditions for our customers. As this is an exclusive product made just for you, we request an initial payment of 50% at the time of order, and payment of the remaining amount upon finalisation and delivery of the product.

96% of our orders are managed with complete punctuality.

We know that it is very important to comply with the established timeframe, so we place special attention on this area. We coordinate the delivery and installation periods with you and keep you up-to-date on the status of your order.

Delivery Times

When you place your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. As the manufacturing process progresses, we will inform you of the exact date

Product Shipping

The products are shipped fully protected, covered with cardboard and cork or wooden crates if they contain glass. We always provide an approximate idea of the weight of the goods and the number of packages.

Installation and Assistance

Cleanliness and precision in execution. After-sales service always ready to help you.

Kauma has been an installation company for many years, so we understand the difficulties that arise during installation and in the subsequent use. This has helped us improve our products and technical support service.

The Installation Day

Installation is a key part of the entire purchasing process, as without proper execution on site, we won’t achieve the expected quality of our products. Choosing a certified Kauma installer ensures success, and will also save the buyer from problems and wasted time. We are committed to installing the product in a way that is convenient for you, without causing damage or generating excessive waste.

Cleaning

To learn how to maintain Kauma structures and panels, we invite you to consult the User and Maintenance Manual. Additionally, the Kauma installer will hand these instructions to you once the product is installed.

Warranty

Kauma structures, as well as glass panels or those made from any other material, come with a 2-year warranty from the date of installation. However, since the materials vary, each may have special coverage conditions within a 5-year period after installation. We recommend checking our Warranty Policy for more details.
